Well today my inspiration came from the Foodworks Catalogue.  I am also keen to try bobotie a South African dish.  

Wednesday ~ Chicken Tacos and Hot Sauce 
Thursday ~ Greek Chicken Quesadillas 
Friday ~  Chorizo Carbonara
Saturday ~  Chicken Souvlaki with greek salad
Sunday ~ pizza
Monday ~  Bobotie (uses mince)
